Chocolate for everybody

Hehe....I think I scared some of my friends with the lineart for this. I was kinda pissed at the time I drew it thanks to being force-fed FRILLY PINK HEARTS down my RECENTLY SINGLE THROAT. Yes, it was originally supposed to be bleeding blood. I had this weird red-on-pink thing in mind, where the blood was turning the heart red.

I forgot the fact that my sense of humor is kinda twisted and dark...

When I colored it, I'd cooled off a lot, but the fact that I REALLY liked how it came out meant I had to color it. So my sense of humor decided that having it bleed chocolate would get the point across, and it would be helping people! It's meant to symbolize killing the commercial spirit and CHOCOLATE FOR EVERYBODY!!!

I forget who I first heard call the-holiday-that-shall-not-be-named "Singles awareness day," but it works! Singles are aware they're single....couples are aware they're not. One of my friends got me to say it should be "relationship status awareness day" (they're in a long distance relationship, so the day's annoying to them too)...which works better but doesn't flow as well.

Plus the acronym is SAD!!! How cool is that?
