OMGOMGOMG-I'm ACTUALLY submitting otaku senshi art!

Chibi-doodle in a sketchbook that I liked enough to ink and color, plus I need some more prismacolor practice having not worked with just pencils in a while.

Character notes: Dylan of Triton (usually called just Dylan or Triton) is not a sailor senshi, but guardian of Neptune in my neo-ish senshi reborn story. She's Llyr-Neptune's ([link]) older sister, Jocelyn, who, when Llyr dies, basically makes a vow to Triton castle and gets powers by the right of her blood and dedication to continuing Neptune's mission.
