France. We are from France

If you haven't seen Coneheads and the first arc of Sailor Moon R, you probably won't get this joke. It resulted from me realizing that both the Coneheads and Ann and Ail (at least in the dub) claimed to be from France. Dumb, I know, but it makes you wonder.
